About KZN Business Training CentreThe KZN Business Training Centre has been training business owners, managers and staff for over 28 years and offers a range of 48 different one or two day courses. The training centre is owned by Nicky Lillywhite and Jenny McGrath who contract 22 of Durban's top trainers. All the lecturers are successful and experienced business owners and are passionate about developing relevant business skills in today's changing environment. The courses are practical, with an emphasis on application rather than purely theoretical knowledge. Participants are encouraged to participate and group discussions and case studies are extensively used to convey the learning content. The KZN Business Training Centre was a finalist in the FNB Top Business Portfolio Awards in 2007 under the Community and Social Services Sector. "Companies are all about people, their lives and well-being, as well as the contribution they make to the success of a company - and training and skills development is core to all of this. One way for companies to really obtain benefits and make the most of the economic quiet time is to train and retrain their staff.
